Currently, ProcessPro offers a Quality Score that evaluates a process based on structural best practices (e.g., number of activities, use of verbs, objectives presence, role assignments).
Separately, the new SmartFlow Health Check identifies design risks using AI analysis.
Examples of Design Risks that AI would Identify and Provide Suggestions to Improve:
Missing fields - this could be missing or unclear triggers, inputs, outputs.
Missing roles - this could be activities where no roles have been assigned. Or the role is present, but no users are assigned. Or if a process does not have an owner assigned.
Bottlenecks and structural gaps - multiple handoffs between the same roles, too many approval steps in sequence, circular dependencies, overloaded role, dead-end activities.
Quick Steps
Select AI Tools at the top of the process map
Select Health Check and Risk Analysis
The SmartFlow tab in the diagram content menu will open up, displaying various suggestions to improve the health and reduce the risk within your process. The author, date and time appears below the SmartFlow suggestions. A tag below the suggestion indicates what SmartFlow suggestion was made, in this case Health Check and Risk Analysis.
These are suggestions created by AI. The changes will not be implemented on the process by AI or ProcessPro. If desired, these suggestions can be manually implemented on the process.
