When preferences are enabled, data objects and data storage will be displayed on the process map. When preferences are disabled, data objects and data storage will not be displayed on the process map.
Preferences are user-specific, so each user can choose whether to display the preferences button on the map.
Quick Steps to Display/Hide Data Objects and Data Stores on Your Map:
Select the preferences button at the top of the page. Update User Preferences card opens up.
Select the toggle to switch it on. It will turn green and display a tick
Close the card by selecting the cross in the top right corner
To hide the data objects and data stores from the map, toggle it off.
