To view the process list report you need to be an administrator or have the view report permission.
You will only be able to see items that are associated with the company you are currently in.
Filters
You can also simplify your search for particular items using the filters at the top of the process list page. Using these filters, items will only appear if they match all the filters that were selected. The following filters are available: Status, Type (process, value stream, managed document, attachment), Tags (process level/activity level), Attachment link type, Business continuity, Glossary term, Note type, Group (directory folders and subfolders), Activity role, Stakeholder, Author. There is also an option to search within a specific timeframe by toggling on 'Enable Dates' and setting the 'Date from' and 'Date to' fields.
Searching for Stakeholders (owners, experts, authors)
If searching for items that have a specific expert in it, you can use the stakeholder filter. This filter displays all managed documents, processes and value streams that the stakeholder is in. However, there's a separate filter specifically for authors. Thus, the stakeholder filter only includes owners and experts, not authors. To include authors in your results, use the author filter alongside the stakeholder filter. Informees are not stakeholders and cannot be filtered.
