Bulk Import Processes using an Excel File or AI

You can bulk import multiple processes and place them into the appropriate files using the Excel Import or AI Import functions

Quick Steps

  1. Open the Processes page from the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Click Import.

  3. Select the relevant platform: AI Import or Microsoft Excel.

  4. Download the relevant import template.

  5. Complete the template using the example provided within the spreadsheet as a guide. The example can be deleted.

  6. Complete a tab for each process.

  7. Select the group and owner.

  8. Upload the completed file.

  9. Select Import Process.

Note:

  • To import multiple processes using AI, your account must have the Import from AI claim enabled. This claim can only be configured by ProcessPro Support. If you would like access to this feature, please contact support.

  • Users with both the Create Processes permission and the Import from AI claim can select the AI Import platform when importing processes.

  • Users with Create Processes permission can select the Excel platform when importing processes.
