Generate Activity Tasks with AI

Create tasks for a single activity by generating these with AI.

As a stakeholder, you can create all the tasks for an activity using AI. The information is based on the name of your activity and the process objectives.

Quick Steps

  • Right click on an activity

  • Hover over options

  • Click on Generate Tasks with AI button

  • Check the details are correct and click Generate

The default number of tasks that will be created is 5, however you can change this number to suit your needs for the activity using the No. of Steps field.

Any changes made to the activity title and objectives in the Generate Tasks with AI pop-up will be dropped once the tasks are generated.
