We have restructured our search to make it more user friendly for everyone to find the items they are looking for.

To find an item within ProcessPro, click on the magnifying glass icon at the top of any page you are in. The search page will appear with a filter bar at the top of table and complex filters to the right of the table.

Add a term to search into the filter bar at the top of the table and press ENTER on your keyboard. If you do not press enter, the search will not be conducted. If nothing is entered into the filter bar, nothing will show, even if you have other filters selected.

You can use the filters to the right of the table to refine your search even more. Simply select the filter option from the dropdown or enter in your filters by typing into the selected fields. Once you have entered all your desired filters click on the Apply Filters button. The table will generate results that match the term in the filter bar and the filters entered on the right.

Your search term in the filter bar and any added filters to the right will be remembered if you leave the page and return to it at a later stage. Use the x beside the search term and the Reset Filters button to clear any remembered items and start again.

The top results that match the term entered into the filter bar and filter section will be returned to the table for you to look through. The matched on column allows users to see what area of each item matches the search term.

To generate a more complex search in the filter bar, use one or more of the following term modifiers:
