Answer:
No, at the current time it is not possible to make Google Login mandatory for users.
To enforce SSO policies, they would need to use Okta, Azure or OneLogin as a proxy.
Additional Information:
Users will be presented with both a Google Login button OR they can choose to log in using their email address and a unique password.
