Permissions are used to define user access to nearly all of Procurify.

This is can be used to:

  • Hide unused features such as Travel Requests or Spending Carts

  • Configure the Settings Page and only allow access to certain settings

If you don't see specific permissions within each module, please reach out to a Procurify representative to have it enabled on your domain.

Steps:

You must be a Superuser or have custom permission to Manage Users settings to complete the following steps.

  1. Navigate to Settings β†’ Manage Users
    ​

  2. Click the applicable user

  3. Click the Roles & Permissions tab

  4. Select Edit Permissions
    ​

  5. In the pop-up, toggle between the General and Settings tabs and check/uncheck applicable permissions

  6. Click Apply to save changes.
