How to view NetSuite error logs for Purchase Orders

Goal:

  • access the error resolution screen in Procurify and NetSuite

Viewing Error Logs in Procurify:

The following steps can only Superusers or users who have custom permissions access to Integration Settings.

  1. Navigate to Settings β†’ Integrations.

  2. Select NetSuite for Purchase Orders.
    ​

  3. Select View.

  4. Select Filters.

  5. From the Sync Status drop-down, select Error.

Viewing Error Logs in NetSuite:

  1. In NetSuite, from the top menu bar, hover over Procurify β†’ Configurations β†’ Error Resolution.
