Filtering Won & Lost Opportunities

In the new Pipeline, Won and Lost are no longer part of the Sales Stage. Instead, they live in a separate Opportunity Status field.

This change gives you more flexibility by decoupling deal progress (Sales Stage) from deal outcome (Status).

What changed?

  • Legacy Pipeline:
Won and Lost were treated as Sales Stages.

  • New Pipeline:

    • Sales Stage = where the deal is in the process

    • Status = whether the deal is Open, Won, or Lost

This allows you to:

  • Track pipeline progression without closing a deal prematurely

  • Mark deals as Won or Lost without losing stage context

How to filter Won or Lost opportunities

At the top-left of the Opportunities page, you’ll see a Status filter dropdown.

Use this dropdown to quickly isolate:

  • Open Opportunities

  • My Opportunities

  • All Won

  • All Lost

  • All Opportunities

This makes it easy to focus on closed deals while still keeping Sales Stage available for reporting and analysis.

Editing an opportunity

When editing an opportunity, you’ll now see Status as its own field – separate from Sales Stage.

Set the Status to Won or Lost, and leave the Sales Stage unchanged if you want to preserve where the deal landed in your pipeline.
