What's changing
The Follow action on crew profiles has been removed and replaced with My Contacts. You can now track your own contacts, not just your company's, and everyone on your team can see who each other knows.
What happened to the crew I was following?
Everyone you were following has been migrated into your contacts, so you'll keep receiving the same notifications as before. If you'd prefer that the crew you followed not be added to My Contacts, contact us and we'll take care of it.
How to add a crew member to My Contacts
Open the All Contacts view in the CRM.
Find the person you want to add.
In the Contact Of column, click Add to my Contacts.
You can also add a crew member directly to your Contacts from the Crew Detail page.
What the Contact Of column shows
The Contact Of column lists everyone on your team who has added that person to their contacts. This makes it easy to see who on your team has an existing relationship before anyone reaches out.
Want alerts on crew activity?
Use custom alerts to get notified about crew changes, such as a Line Producer being attached to a production in your region. See Set up custom alerts.

Can I still follow crew?
No. Following has been replaced by My Contacts and custom alerts.
Will my teammates see the people I add?
Yes. Contacts you add appear in the Contact Of column, so your team can see who knows whom.
I don't want my followed crew in My Contacts. What do I do?
Reach out to us and we'll remove them for you.
