ProdPro Release Notes 🎉

The all-new 'ProdAlert' page has been redesigned from the ground up to give you and your team better visibility into what’s new: productions in early prep, productions recently published by ProdPro, and recent activity.

We've also introduced three major new features: (1) Recent News - see articles from various publications related to a specific production, (2) Activity Feed - see key updates on what has changed, and (3) Bookmarks - quickly mark a production to receive production alerts.

A Better Way to See What's New

Early Prep: Productions in Preparation (Shooting within 60 Days) and productions that have entered Pre-Production within the last two weeks

New Projects: Productions ProPro has published in the last 14 days

Activity: Productions that have been updated by ProdPro in the last 14 days

A More Dynamic List View

We've introduced a more compact card for quicker browsing and a dynamic expandable row to allow you to see even more details at a glance, including crew, related news, and activity. Clicking on the production title will show a full detail page pop-up, ensuring you never lose your place.

Recent Activity See a feed of important updates from our researchers including: Status updates Shoot & wrap date changes Location changes Production office email and phone updates
Action Links Don't just look, take action with our new actions links. Easily: Create an Opportunity Bookmark a Production Call a production office Email a production office
Bookmarks Bookmark a production with just one click. Interested in a recently announced production and want to get notified of updates? Simply click the gray bookmark icon at the bottom of the production card.
My Alerts Bookmark productions, follow crew, and create opportunities to see relevant updates all in one place: Productions Bookmarked productions that have updates within the last 14 days Crew Crew you are following that have been attached within the last 14 days Opportunities Opportunities (when you are the Deal Owner) that have production updates within the last 14 days
