With the file upload customization feature, customers can upload a file as part of their customized product order. These uploaded files do not count against your Shopify storage limit, although they are restricted to a maximum size of 20MB.
Steps to Access Uploaded Files
Step 1: Navigate to Orders
From your Shopify admin dashboard, go to the "Orders" section.
Step 2: View the Specific Order
Click on the order number that includes the customized product.
Step 3: Locate the Uploaded File
In the order details, the uploaded file will be included with the customized product.
Step 4: Display or Download the Uploaded File
Image Files: If the uploaded file is an image, it will be displayed directly within the order details.
Other File Types: For non-image files, a link will be provided to download the file.
Step 5: Download the Uploaded File
Click on the image or the provided link to download the file.
