The file upload customization feature allows customers to attach a file when placing a customized product order. These uploads don’t count toward your Shopify storage limit, but each file is limited to a maximum size of 20MB.
Steps to Download Uploaded Files
Step 1: Go to Orders
From your Shopify admin dashboard, go to the "Orders" section.
Step 2: Download The File
Open the Order: Click on the order number that contains the customized product.
View Uploaded Files:
Image Files: If the uploaded file is an image, it will appear directly within the order details.
Other File Types: For non-image files, a download link will be provided.
Download Files: Click on the image or the download link to save the file to your device.
By following these steps, you can quickly access and manage all files uploaded by your customers for their customized orders.
