To create a conditional logic in the Product Customizer app, you need to have at least 2 options based on which a condition can be generated, and both these options must be in the Product Customizer app.

The following steps will help to create a conditional logic easily.

Step 1

Options required for logic must be created. Below is the image attached, showing the required options to be created for logic.
(Please note this is just an example to help you)

Here in the above image, a dropdown option is created along with text boxes, so based on these a logic can be created.

Step 2

Assign the options to a product where you want to build the logic.

Step 3

Click on the Action tab for the selected tab, “Add conditional logic” is visible.

Click on Add conditional logic.

A new dashboard will open up.

Check the box that says Add conditional logic at the bottom.

Step 4

As the checkbox is checked, the logic flow will open up, where you can add up your conditions.

Step 5

Add the conditions based on the requirement, here in this case, when Personalize is selected as yes, other options show up.

If personalize is selected as no, then no options appear.

Then click Save to save the logic.

Product page view for the conditional logic.

Here on selecting “Yes”, the options will appear for the product.
