Retrieve data on the platform

If no performance data is available, follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.

No data on first login?

When you first log in to the Producthero Platform, you might see a message saying there’s no performance data available. This is because the platform needs some time to collect your product and performance data.

If the following requirements are met, your data should appear within 24 hours:

  1. You’re using a Google account with admin access

    To load your data, the email address you use to log in must have admin access to both your Google Merchant Center and Google Ads account.

    If the email address does not have admin rights, the Producthero Platform will not be able to retrieve your data.

  2. You have active campaigns running in your Google Ads account

    To display performance data, Producthero pulls information from your active PMax/Shopping campaigns in your Google Ads account.

    Please note that Producthero does not create or manage these campaigns for you. You will continue to set them up and manage them directly within Google Ads.

Still no data 24 hours after your first login?

Still not seeing performance or product data after 24 hours? Here’s what to check next:

  1. You have selected the right feed label and language combination

    Use the dropdown in the top-left corner of the platform to choose your feed

  2. You have refreshed your data (Premium CSS users only)
    ​Navigate to the Products tab and click the refresh button to update your data manually. Data updates do not happen automatically for Basic users.

    If you have a PRO account, your data updates automatically every morning.

    Please note: Allow some time for your data to be refreshed as the processing time depends on the number of products that need to be retrieved.
