Why have we chosen 30 days to be the starting point?
Why have we chosen 30 days to be the starting point?
Updated over a week ago

We typically use 30 days as the benchmark for most customers, but this isn't a one-size-fits-all measure. We can adjust this time frame based on the specific customer's needs or business model. The rationale behind the 30-day period is to strike a balance: if we go further back, the data may no longer be as relevant due to changes over time. On the other hand, if we opt for a shorter time frame, the averages could be unduly influenced by outliers or short-term fluctuations.
