We do not do competitor price matching. Our prices don't move to be at a specific price relative to competitors. Rather our algorithm uses competitor prices as information in order to decide what price to be at that will maximize profit. Competitor prices are used by our AI model indirectly therefore, in order to have more control on what prices should be at, we encourage customers to set a min or max price or both.
