🤝 What is “Round-Robin Mode”?
Round-robin mode is a scheduling option that helps evenly distribute new appointments across a team.
📌 When round-robin is ON:
- Appointments are automatically assigned to available team members.
- Great for teams with shared availability and coaching responsibilities.
📌 When round-robin is OFF:
- All appointments will be booked directly with you.
- Ideal if you're managing your own schedule or working solo.
💡 Example: With three coaches using round-robin, if three clients book, each coach gets one session.
