Why are my emails or book download emails not sending?

Here is a step by step to verify your email. Your emails and your book download will not send with out doing this important step. Please be sure your email is a business email (no endings with gmail or yahoo etc) and is all lowercase.

2 Click on your initials.

3 Click "Settings"

4 Click "Email Settings"

5 Click the "From Name" field. Type your name.

6 Click the "From Email" field. Type your email address.

7 Click "Submit"

8 Go to your email and click the email from Send Grid. Verify your email.

9 Go Back To PROFITADVISOR

10 Click "Refresh to check your sender identify"
