We have a NO REFUND cancellation policy.
All cancellations will need a 30 day notice before cancellation is administered.
Steps to cancellation:
We will need a verbal or written notice of cancellation. Once we received that, the cancellation starts on that day.
Fill out the Cancellation Form. Cancellation will begin at the time of the verbal or written notice even if you have not completed the written form yet.
Example: Jane told us she will be cancelling on Nov 30, 2023 and completed the cancellation form Dec 13, 2023. Jane's cancellation started on November 30th.
You will have an additional payment due to end off the month. Once that final payment is made, you're all set!
