  • A2P: Registration with the mobile carriers so that a caller does not show up as spam likely on the recipient's caller ID.

  • Business Conversation – Is a conversation you have with a
    business owner/prospect on the phone, in person or online that
    results in you requesting a book interview.

  • Content Marketing: Is a strategic marketing approach focused on creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and engage a target audience. The primary goal of content marketing is to build and nurture relationships with the audience by providing information that is helpful, informative, or entertaining. Rather than directly promoting a product or service, content marketing aims to deliver value to the audience, establishing trust and credibility over time.

  • Conversion Formula: Captivate, Fascinate, Educate, Close

1. Captivate - The problem the customer already has that they don't want (Headline)

2. Fascinate -The solution they want and don't have (Sub-Headline)

3. Educate - Prove that your service works (this eliminates the competition)

4. Close - Closing does not mean a sale. It is an offer that is so compelling

that they can't turn it down.

  • Click-through rate: A metric that measures the percentage of individuals who clicked on a link (typically in an email, webpage, or advertisement) out of the total number of people who viewed it. It provides insights into the effectiveness of a particular campaign or content in generating user engagement.

  • CRM(customer relationship management): Is a set of integrated, data-driven software solutions that help manage, track, and store information related to your company's current and potential customers.

  • CTA (Call To Action)
    What a CTA does:
    Prompts action: It gives the audience a clear instruction on
    what to do next.
    Drives engagement: It moves people from simply consuming
    content to taking action with the brand.
    Achieves goals: It helps businesses achieve specific
    objectives like sales, lead generation, or building a
    subscriber list.
    Where CTAs are used:
    Websites: Buttons on landing pages and other site content.
    Emails: Links or buttons within newsletters and promotional
    emails.
    Digital Ads: Directing users from an online advertisement to
    a product or service page.
    Social Media: Phrases or buttons encouraging interaction
    with a post.
    In-App Experiences: Guiding users to complete a specific in-
    app action.
    Common examples of CTAs:
    "Buy Now, "Sign Up, "Learn More, "Download, "Subscribe, and
    "Add to Cart.

  • CVR (Conversion Rate): A metric that measures the percentage of website visitors or users who take a desired action, often referred to as a "conversion." Conversions can vary and might include making a purchase, filling out a form, signing up for a newsletter, or any other specific goal defined by the business.

  • Database: A database refers to a structured collection of data that is organized and stored electronically. This data can be easily accessed, managed, and updated. Databases are designed to efficiently store, retrieve, and manage information for various purposes within a business. They serve as a central repository of structured data, making it easier to organize, analyze, and retrieve information as needed.

  • Database Reactivation Campaign: Allows you to reactivate existing customers or anyone who has already expressed interest in you, your company, or your products and services but has since lapsed in engagement

  • Delivery Rate: The percentage of sent emails that successfully reach the recipients' inboxes without bouncing or being marked as spam.

  • Diamond Coach: A Coach who has shown proficiency in all areas of the training roadmap and has earned the right (by invitation only) to become a Resell Partner that can recruit coaches under their business using the PROFITCOACH™️ platform and ProGlobal Business Advisors process.

  • EIN: (Employer Identification Number) is a unique nine-digit number given by the IRS to businesses and organizations in the US for tax purposes

  • Engagement Rate: Measures the level of interaction and involvement recipients have with your email content. It often includes actions like opening the email, clicking on links, or taking other desired actions.

  • Keyword: A specific word or phrase that summarizes the main idea or topic of a piece of content, such as a webpage, blog post, or advertisement. In the context of online search and digital marketing, a keyword is a term that users enter into a search engine when looking for information.

  • KPI's (Key Performance Indicators): The critical (key) quantifiable indicators of progress toward an intended result. KPIs provide a focus for strategic and operational improvement, create an analytical basis for decision making and help focus attention on what matters most.

  • Landing Page: sometimes known as a "lead capture page", "single property page", "static page", "squeeze page" or a "destination page", is a single web page that appears in response to clicking on a search engine optimized search result, marketing promotion, marketing email or an online advertisement.

  • Open Rate: The percentage of delivered emails that are opened by the recipients. It gives insights into how well your subject lines and overall email content are resonating with your audience.

  • Position of Market Dominance: This is a crucial strategic concept that enables you to establish yourself and your clients as an authority in your industry and outperform your competitors.

  • PPC (Pay Per Click): Is an online advertising model where advertisers pay a fee each time one of their ads is clicked. It's a way of buying visits to a website rather than attempting to "earn" those visits organically through methods like search engine optimization (SEO). PPC ads can appear on various online platforms, but it is commonly associated with search engines.

  • P2P (Pathway to Profit) The abbreviation for our 90-minute Pathway to Profit
    assessment, where you share our proprietary platform with the
    prospect, ask probing, thought-provoking questions and get the
    business owner to project/estimate was some of our strategies
    could do for their business if implemented. By the end, you are

    able to show the business owner what their business could look
    like in terms of Revenue, Gross Profit and Net Profit. You are
    even able to share the ROI (return on investment) of hiring you
    BEFORE they actually do so!

  • PROFITCOACH Business Center™️: The one-stop business center for business coaches, by business coaches. It has all the tools needed to successfully run a coaching business in one place.

  • PROFITUNIVERSITY™️: This is an academy to use with small businesses to help them further understand the strategies that you detail in the first edition of your book. This can also help the business coach gain a more intimate understanding of the strategies they assign to their clients.

  • Quid Pro Quo - Literally, the Latin phrase "quid pro quo"
    translates to "something for something" or "this for that". It
    describes an exchange where one party provides something of
    value in return for something of value from the other party,
    representing a reciprocal relationship where one action is
    contingent on another. In our approach, it often refers to how we
    establish a new reason for offering the P2P to prospects after the
    book interview.
    Example: “Since you went above and beyond for me today during
    this interview by educating me so much about your industry in
    general (beyond how my strategies might impact it), I am going
    to do something special for you and give you access to my
    proprietary platform... something I use with my $60k a year, one-
    on-one private clients”.

  • Risk Reversal - A risk reversal is a business strategy where a
    company deliberately shifts the perceived risk of a purchase from
    the customer to itself, typically through powerful guarantees. By
    doing so, the business dramatically reduces or eliminates the
    customer's anxiety about buying, which boosts sales and builds
    trust.

  • Roadmap: This is the training path that the coaches follow inside their ProGlobal Business Academy. It teaches them how to successfully run their coaching business, generate leads at will, and retain high-paying clients for years to come.

  • RVM (ringless voicemail): A voicemail left that did not ring your phone

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Website owners and marketers optimize their online content for specific keywords to improve the chances of their pages appearing in search engine results when users search for those terms.

  • Sole Proprietor: An individual who owns and operates a business by themselves. In this type of business structure, there is no legal distinction between the owner and the business entity, meaning the owner is personally responsible for all aspects of the business, including its debts and liabilities.

  • Squeeze Page: is a type of landing page designed with the primary goal of capturing visitor information, usually in exchange for something of value. This is where you apply the conversion formula.
