You can split your invoice by up to 6 payments, to make taking deposits and having your client pay in instalments a breeze!

Instructions
Toggle on 'Split payment'
Give each instalment:
A 'Payment name'
An 'Amount' to determine how much you'd like your client to pay at each instalment. The first might be a deposit, and the remainder can be split over up to 5 more payments.
A 'Due date' for each payment
When you've divided your invoice total by your desired number of payments, and the 'Remaining' balance at the bottom of the panel is 0.00, click 'Send' to send the invoice to your client.
Good to know
As you enter values into the 'Amount' fields, these will be deducted from the invoice's total, and display at the bottom of the panel, so you know how much is remaining.
Your payment schedule will appear at the bottom of the invoice, both in the platform, and on your client's copy of the invoice.
When your client clicks on the payment link in the invoice, they'll be directed to Stripe to make their payment, and will have the option to pay just one instalment at a time, or the whole invoice.
If you need to send a reminder for payment, open up the invoice and click 'Send Reminder' button in the top right-hand corner.
