How to track changes and revisions with Flags

Use Flags to highlight updated products, mark revisions, or call attention to specific items for review.

We offer a 'Flags' feature to highlight significant updates or revisions in your products. This is visible to both your team and your clients, so you can easily view and keep track of your changes.

Adding a Flag

  1. Click the three dot menu at the end of the product row

  2. Select Add a Flag

  3. Enter your change or revision notes in the text field

  4. Click Add to save

Note: Your flag will immediately appear to all team members and clients with access to this schedule.

Editing or Deleting a Flag

  1. Click the three dot menu at the end of the product row

  2. Select Edit a Flag

  3. Update your notes or delete the text completely to remove the flag

  4. Click Update to save your changes


Understanding Flags

Flags create visual indicators that help you and your clients track changes:

  • In-platform view: Orange highlight with your custom note below the product

  • Client Dashboard view: Same orange highlight and note visible to clients

  • Exported schedules: Flags remain visible in PDF and other exports

This ensures everyone stays informed about product updates, substitutions, or revisions throughout your project.
