This guide shows you how to publish Schedules, Pinboards, Presentations, and files to your Client Dashboard so you can streamline client collaboration from one central location.

Before you begin:
Check out How to set up your Client Dashboard to customize your dashboard appearance.

Publishing Schedules

If you’d like your clients, suppliers, or contractors to review a specific schedule, you can easily share it with them through the Client Dashboard.

From your Project Files list or within your Schedule:

  1. Click the 3-dot menu on your file and select Share (or click the Share button in the top right if already inside the file)

  2. Toggle on Publish to Client Dashboard

  3. Add your client's email address and click Add

  4. Use the dropdown in the No Access field to choose what clients can see:

    • Brand – Product Name, Brand Name, and Product URL

    • Supplier – Company Name, Sales Rep, Contact Email, and Product URL

    • Details – Notes, Important Information, attachments, and Custom Specs

    • Pricing – Unit RRP, Total RRP, Client Price, and Total Client Price

Note: By default, brand, supplier, pricing, and detailed view information are hidden.

Publishing Pinboards

From your Project Files list or within your Pinboard:

  1. Click the 3-dot menu and select Share (or use the Share button if inside the file)

  2. Toggle on Publish to Client Dashboard

  3. Enter your client's email address

  4. Add a thumbnail image as the cover for the Client Dashboard

  5. Your client will receive an automatic email with access link.

Publishing Presentations

From your Project Files list or within your Presentation:

  1. Click the 3-dot menu and select Share (or use the Share button if inside the file)

  2. Toggle on Publish to Client Dashboard

  3. Enter your client's email address

  4. Your client will receive an automatic email with access link.

Publishing Invoices

From your Financials section (left-hand navigation menu):

  1. Open an invoice with Open, Paid, or Void status

  2. Click the Share button

  3. Toggle on Publish to Client Dashboard

  4. Enter your client's email address and click Add

Shared files and documents

If you have any external files you wish to share — such as PDF documents, floorplans, or drawings—you can also share them in the Client Dashboard for easy access.

To attach a document to your Client Dashboard:

  1. Click the 3-dot icon from your Projects dashboard or the 3-dot menu in the top right of your Project's page

  2. Open Settings > Client Dashboard tab, and scroll to the Shared Files section

  3. To add files simply drag & drop files or click to select from your device

  4. All shared files can be easily reordered into your preferred order by dragging & dropping

To attach a document to your Schedule:

  1. Inside your Schedule, click the 3-dot menu in the top right

  2. Select Attachments, then Upload files

  3. Add files from your device

  4. Click Save

Note: To delete a shared file, click the red bin icon next to the filename.

Viewing what's already shared

To confirm what has already been shared to the Client Dashboard, or to check who can view it, follow these instructions:

From your Project Files list, check the sharing status of any file:

  • Client icons with numbers show how many clients have access (hover to see specific names)

  • Status column shows files shared via public link using the 'Publish to Web' toggle to generate a public live link to the online schedule.

How to remove access or unpublish files

If needed, you can also remove your client’s or supplier’s access, or unpublish a file, from the Client Dashboard.

To remove a specific recipient:

  1. Open the 3-dot menu on your file and click Share

  2. Select Delete access from the recipient's dropdown menu

To unpublish a file completely:

  1. Open the file's share settings

  2. Toggle off Publish to Client Dashboard and/or Publish to Web
