Before you begin...

Prerequisites: We recommend reviewing these guides first to get the most from this article:

This guide shows you how to share projects with your clients and control exactly what they can see in their dashboard using simple toggles.

Viewing client access from your Project Files list

When you open a Project, your file list displays sharing status indicators:

  • Shared With column: Hover over the highlighted client count to see exactly which clients can access each file via the Client Dashboard

  • Status column: Shows files available via public link (when you've turned on Publish to Web for that file)

Managing access via your Project Files list

Control both Client Dashboard access and public link access directly from your file list:

  1. Click the 3 dot menu on your file

  2. Select Share

  3. Publish your file to your Client Dashboard and add recipients, or generate a public web link

Setting access permissions on your Client Dashboard and Public Link

Control which content appears on your Client Dashboard or Public Link by toggling permission groups on or off.

Optional Schedule fields

You can show or hide Schedule content in four categories:

  • Brand - Product Name, Brand Name, and Product URL

  • Supplier - Supplier Company Name, Sales Representative Name, Contact Email, and Product URL

  • Details - Detailed view including Notes, Important Information, Product attachments, and Custom Specs

  • Pricing - Unit RRP, Total RRP, Unit Client Price, and Total Client Price (calculated from your Trade Price + product markup %)

Note: The categories listed above are optional and can be shown or hidden when sharing your schedule. All other categories are pre‑set and cannot be edited.

Removing access to shared content

  • To remove a specific recipient:

    1. Open the 3 dot menu on your file

    2. Click Share

    3. Select Delete access from the recipient's access dropdown menu

  • To unpublish a file:
Toggle off Publish to Client Dashboard and/or Publish to Web.

Managing access via your Client Dashboard Settings

Access your Client Dashboard settings from either:

  • The cog icon from your Projects list, or

  • The 3 dot menu in the top right-hand corner within your Project

From here, you can:

  • Copy your client's Dashboard link

  • Resend an email invitation to your client

  • Remove client access to the Client Dashboard

Viewing what your client sees

Copy the link specific to your client to preview their dashboard view based on their access permissions.

  • To copy the Client Dashboard link:

    1. Click Share from your Project File list or from the top right-hand corner within your Schedule

    2. Select Copy dashboard link

  • To copy the public Web link: Select it directly from your Project Files list.
