How to create a new Schedule
From your project, click Create File in the top-right corner and select Schedule.
Click New in the top-right corner to add a section.
Rename your section by clicking the section title. Add additional sections as needed.
Organize by category (Furniture, Lighting, Textiles)
Or organize by room (Living Room, Kitchen, Bedroom)
To add a product, click the New button in the top-right corner or use the options under your section title.
To reorder sections, hover over the section title and click the arrows on the right.
Renaming your Schedule
Click directly on the Schedule name in the breadcrumbs at the top of the Page
Enter your new title in the field provided
Hit Enter
Import your existing Schedules into Programa
In Programa, you can easily import and build schedules from external resources directly within the platform. This helps optimize your processes and ensures your projects are ready to go!
How to migrate a Schedule
Access your project.
Click the Create File button in the top‑right corner.
Select Migrate Schedule.
Choose the source you’ll be migrating from.
Upload your files.
Under the Migrate Destination section, select the project you’d like to add this schedule to, or create a new project if needed.
Click Migrate in the bottom‑right corner, and click Done to finalize.
After that, our AI importer tool will process the import for you, and you’ll receive an email notification once everything is ready.
Important: Supported file types are .xlsx, .xls, .csv and the maximum file size is 50 MB.
