With Programa, you can finally stop building your schedules using MS Excel. To create a schedule, navigate to your project, click the + button in the bottom right of your file list page and select add new schedule.

Here's a basic quick-start guide to setting up your schedule:

  1. Click + New Section, type in you section name in the heading field and press enter

  2. To add a custom product, click the + button in the bottom right corner and select Add custom product. Upload a your product image (jpeg or png), then fill in all the information fields

  3. To add a product from the Trade Portal, click the + button in the bottom right corner and select Add Product from Trade Portal. Browse the Trade Portal and click on your desired product. On the product listing page, click Add To, select your project name, choose your schedule name, then click the section name you'd like to add the product to. Products added from the Trade Portal require no manual data entry, all information will be copied across for you.

  5. To add more information to your products, click the > button at the end of your schedule row to open the Product Detailed view. You can add additional images, custom specs and attachments in this view.

  6. Get quotes for all your scheduled products with just one click. Click the Get Bulk Quotes button in the top right of your schedule, select to send your request to all or select suppliers, add a message and press send. You will receive a copy of your request by email.

  7. To add product pricing information, click the Financial tab in the secondary toolbar. This will switch your schedule to the finance view where you can input the product RRP and trade price.

  8. To add a markup to your product, click the 3 dots to the left of Get Bulk Quotes to open your schedule options. Select the Show Markup toggle to turn on the extra features. Add your % markup in the required field and Programa will calculate your client price, client discount off RRP and your profit.

  9. To share your schedule, click the link icon in the top toolbar and copy your custom link

  10. To export your schedule, click the 3 dots to the left of Get Bulk Quotes to open your schedule options. You can choose to export to excel or PDF.
