Getting started with the Address Book

Welcome to the Programa Address Book, the perfect central location to store all your studio contacts. No more searching through phones, email accounts, notepads or your memory to find the right contact details.

The Address Book is located in the left-hand navigation menu, and is accessible by your entire team. Each team member can view, add, and edit contacts in your Address Book.


How to manage company contacts

Add a Company Contact

  1. In the top right-hand corner of your Address Book, click '+ Add New'

  2. Add the company contact information into the fields provided. if your contact card is for a client, simply enter their name in the 'Company Name' field.

  3. Add an image or company logo by clicking the 'βž•' button next to the 'Company Name field.

  4. Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page to confirm you.

Adding tags

Use Tags to organise and filter your Address Book information.

For example, you might apply tags to your suppliers such as:

  • Product category (furniture, lighting, timber flooring etc.)

  • Price range ($, $$, $$$, $$$$)

  • Sector (residential, commercial, hospitality etc.)

To add a company tag:

  1. Open the company card that you wish to tag

  2. Click the βž• button under 'Tags'

  3. Click into the field provided to display a list of tags your team have already created, and either select from the list, or simply type in the name of your new tag name and click '(+ Add Tag)'

Edit a Company Contact

  1. Click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the company card you wish to edit

  2. Change the required information in the company contact fields

  3. Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes

Archive a Company Contact

  1. Click on the 3 dot menu on the face of your company contact card

  2. Select 'Archive Company'


How to manage individual contacts

An individual contact is your contact person or team within a company. An individual contact is required on a contact card for the purpose of creating a Purchase order or Quote Request.

Add an individual contact

  1. Open your company contact card, and click the '+ Add new' button towards the top right

  2. In the column that appears to the right, give your contact a name, role, email address, and phone number

  3. Press 'Save' to confirm your changes

Edit an individual contact

  1. Click the pencil icon in to the right of the contact person/team you wish to edit

  2. Change the required information in the fields provided

  3. Click 'Save' at the bottom of the edit column to confirm your changes

How to delete an individual contact

  1. Click the pencil icon in to the right of the contact person/team you wish to edit

  2. Change the required information in the fields provided

  3. Click the trash icon at the bottom of the edit column to delete immediately


How to search and filter your Address Book

Your Address Book is sorted in alphabetical order, and you can view by Supplier, Client, or Other by clicking into the relevant tabs along the top of the page

Search for a contact

  1. Click into the 'Search contacts' bar along the top of your Address Book

  2. Type in your search term, company name, individual contact name, location or tag

  3. Hit Enter/return to conduct your search

Filter your Address Book contacts

  1. Select the filter icon in the top right-hand corner of your Address Book

  2. Select your filter type (tag or location)

  3. Type in your criteria and hit Enter/return to confirm your selection
