Welcome to Projects with Programa, the foundation of your work, and how to manage it ongoing. With your Project dashboard, you can view and customise each project with ease.

How to add a Project

  1. Head to your Projects dashboard, and click '+ Create New Project' in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Fill out your Project details in the fields provided.

  3. Add any team members you wish to have collaborate on this Project by clicking the '+ Add team member' button, and selecting from the dropdown menu. Note: This will send them a notification informing them of their new Project access.

  4. Click 'Add' at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Your Project information will not be displayed publicly, but will be included in communications when requesting quotes for products to save you time.

How to duplicate a Project

  1. Hover over your Project tile, and click the 3 dot menu.

  2. Select 'Duplicate Project, and this will create a copy of your Project, named '<Project Name> (copy)'.

  3. To rename your Project, click on the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of your Project tile to open its settings.

πŸ’‘ For larger Projects, duplicating can take several minutes to process, and you may need to do a quick page refresh to see the new Project tile land in your dashboard.

How to archive a Project

  1. Hover over your Project tile and click the cog icon to open your Project's Settings.

  2. Select 'Archive' in the top right-hand corner.

  3. This will instantly send your Project to a separate folder, visible as 'Show Archived Items', in the top right-hand corner of your Projects dashboard. You can head here, and follow the same process to un-archive your Projects.

How to delete a Project

  1. Hover over your Project tile and click the cog icon to open your Project's Settings

  2. Select 'Delete' in the top right-hand corner

  3. Enter your Project name in the field provided. This confirmation step is a security measure to ensure you don't accidentally delete a Project.

  4. When you've correctly entered the Project name, the red 'Delete' button will be made available. Click this to confirm.

Note: This action cannot be undone. If you're not sure if you're ready to permanently delete your Project, we'd recommend archiving instead.
