How to add team members

Get started adding your team by following these steps:

  1. In the top left of your screen click the drop-down arrow next to your studio’s name and select settings.

  2. On the settings page select the people tab.

  3. Click the invite new member button in the top right of your screen.

  4. Fill in the name and email in the form provided, and click Get Started.

  5. This will send your new team member an email inviting them to join your Programa organisation. Please ask your team member to except the invitation contained in the email, which will redirect them to register an account in Programa.

Please note a team member will only be added to your organisation if they register an account through the invitation email. They cannot be added to your team if they register an account independently through the Programa homepage.

If your team member does register and independent account, please email team@programa.com.au and we will delete their account so you can resend an invitation to join your team.
