The core unit of a board is a task card. A task card can be something that needs to get done, like a presentation that needs to be completed, or something that needs to be remembered and easily accessible like a brief from a client.

Cards can be customised to hold a wide variety of useful information by clicking on them. Drag and drop cards across lists to show progress. There’s no limit to the number of cards you can add to a board.

How to Add a Task

To add a new task card, simply:

  1. Click the +Add new card button beneath your column heading

  2. Type in a card title

  3. Press enter when complete

How to Add Task Details

To add more task details:

  1. Click the task card and select edit from the options provided. This will open your task details window to the right of your screen.

  2. In this view you can add a task due date, description, custom tags, attachments, comments and assign team members.

  3. Click save when complete

How to assign a task to a team member

Manage your workload and assign tasks to your team members. When a team member is added to a task, they will receive a notification you assigned it to them. They will also receive notifications when the task is updated.

  1. Click the task card and select edit from the options provided. This will open your task details window to the right of your screen.

  2. In the task details window, scroll down to members

  3. Click the + and select the team member you wish to assign the task to (remember, only team members added to the project will appear in this list)

  4. Click save

How to Delete or Archive a Task

  1. Click the task card and select edit from the options provided. This will open your task details window to the right of your screen.

  2. Click delete or archive. Please note you are unable to retrieve deleted tasks.

  3. Click save when complete
