If the person who created your team’s account leaves your organisation, or you would just like to switch account owners, you will need to transfer the account ownership to another team member.
To transfer account ownership:
Log into the profile of the organisation owner. (If you do not have the password to this account, we recommend selecting ‘Forgot my password’ on the login screen and resetting the account password.)
Once you have access to the owners account, navigate to the top left of your screen, click the drop-down arrow next to the studios name and select settings.
On the settings page, select the people tab.
Find the team member you would like to transfer ownership to, click the drop-down arrow to the right of their name
Select Transfer Ownership.
Click confirm
