Getting started with Pinboards, Programa's mood boards and presentations tool is easy. In your Project dashboard, click on a Project that you wish to create your pinboard in. On your file list page, select the default ‘Untitled pinboard’ to start working on your new design.

How to rename your Pinboard

To rename your pinboard from the default title ‘Untitled Pinboard’ to a name of your choosing:

  • Click the 3 dots in your top toolbar

  • Click Rename

  • Rename your pinboard by typing a new title into the field provided

  • Click Save

How to create a new Pinboard

To create a new pinboard:

  • Click the dropdown arrow next to your current pinboard name

  • Click + Create New

  • Select Pinboard

  • Click Create

To find your newly created pinboard, click the drop-down arrow next to your current pinboard’s name and your new board should appear in the list provided.

Sections

Now you’ve created or renamed your pinboard; it's time to set up your sections. You can arrange your images into separate sections or in one long stream of images, similar to our previous moodboards tool.

How to add a section

You can create a new section in 2 ways:

  • Click the create new section the bottom of your page

  • Click the black +New button in the top right of your toolbar and select create new section from the list provided

Your pinboard comes with one default section already created at the top of your page, it looks like one continuous line beneath the title of your pinboard.

To add a heading to this default section:

  • Hover your mouse over the line to reveal section options

  • Click Untitled

  • Type in your heading

  • Press Enter

How to move a section

To move your section up and down the pinboard, hover your mouse over the section heading and click the up or down arrow.

How to delete a section

You can delete a section with the simple steps:

  • Hover your mouse over the section heading to reveal options

  • Click the bin icon

  • Image contained in the deleted section will be moved to the archived images view
