Your Programa address book has three categories of contacts:

  • Clients

  • Suppliers

  • Other (for all other contacts e.g., trades or consultants)

These categories allow you to easily organise and search your contact list.

How to Add a Company Contact

  1. In the top right of your screen, click + Add New

  2. On the New Company page, add the company contact information into the fields provided.

  3. Add a company logo by clicking the + button next to the company name field.

Adding tags

Tags are a great way to organise and filter your Address Book information. For example, you might apply tags to your suppliers such as product category (furniture, lighting, timber flooring etc..), price range ($, $$, $$$, $$$$) or sector (residential, commercial, hospitality etc..).

To add a company tag:

  1. On the main address book page, click the company card that you wish to apply a tag to

  2. In the company details section, find tags and click the + button

  3. Type in your tag name and click +Add Tag. You can also select from the list of previously saved tags.

Once your tags are saved, you can search or filter your address book contacts by your saved tags.

How to Edit a Company Contact

  1. On the main address book page, find the company contact card that you wish to update

  2. Click the pen icon in the top right corner of the company card

  3. Change the required information in the company contact fields

  4. This section autosaves as you update each field

How to delete a company contact

  1. On the main address book page, find the company card that you wish to delete

  2. Hover your mouse below the pen icon to review three dots

  3. Click the three dots and select delete company

Please note deleting a company will also delete the individual contacts contained within.
