Your Programa Address Book is has three contact categories, which allow you to easily organise and search your contact list:
Clients
Suppliers
Other (for all other contacts e.g., trades or consultants)
The 'Company' contact information contains the overarching company or client details:
Add a Company Contact
In the top right-hand corner of your Address Book, click '+ Add New'
Add the company contact information into the fields provided. if your contact card is for a client, simply enter their name in the 'Company Name' field.
Add an image or company logo by clicking the 'β' button next to the 'Company Name field.
Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page to confirm you.
Adding tags
Use Tags to organise and filter your Address Book information.
For example, you might apply tags to your suppliers such as:
Product category (furniture, lighting, timber flooring etc.)
Price range ($, $$, $$$, $$$$)
Sector (residential, commercial, hospitality etc.)
To add a company tag:
Open the company card that you wish to tag
Click the β button under 'Tags'
Click into the field provided to display a list of tags your team have already created, and either select from the list, or simply type in the name of your new tag name and click '(+ Add Tag)'
Edit a Company Contact
Click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the company card you wish to edit
Change the required information in the company contact fields
Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes
Archive a Company Contact
Click on the 3 dot menu on the face of your company contact card
Select 'Archive Company'
