How to Add Pricing & Markups to your Scheduled Products

The Programa schedule has a dedicated financial view to store and calculate all your essential product pricing details.

How to add product pricing

  1. Click Financial in the top schedule toolbar to open the financial view

  2. Type the RRP into the field provided (if applicable)

  3. Type the Trade Price into the field provided (if applicable)

Your schedule will automatically calculate the percentage trade discount and total product cost based on the nominated quantity. Alternatively you can add an RRP and a Trade Discount and the system will calculate your Trade Price.

How to add a product markup

  1. In the financial view, click the 3 dots in the top toolbar to open schedule options

  2. Switch on Show Markup

  3. Calculate your pricing by entering either a markup %, client saving %, $ total profit or $ client price.

Your schedule will automatically calculate all pricing fields based on your input and quantity.
