How to search, sort, and filter products in the Product Library

Find the right product in seconds using your product library's powerful search, sort, and filter tools.

This guide shows you how to quickly find products in your library using search, sort, and filter tools so you can locate items efficiently and organize your inventory the way you need.


Searching your Product Library

Use the search bar to find products by name, description, SKU, doc-code, or brand.

  1. Click in the Search bar at the top of your page

  2. Type your search term (product name, details, description, SKU, doc-code, or brand name)

  3. Press Enter

Sorting your Product Library

Organize your products by sorting them based on criteria such as price, brand, supplier, lead time, product category, product name, created, or last updated. You can also apply an order (ascending or descending).

  1. Click the Sort icon in the top right corner.

  2. Select a sorting category, such as:

    • Price

    • Brand

    • Supplier

    • Lead time

    • Product category

    • Tag

    • Date added

    • Last updated

  3. Choose the order (ascending or descending). You can combine a category and order, or apply just one option.

  4. Press Enter to apply.

Note: Use "Created" to quickly locate your newest products, or "Last updated" to see what's been recently modified.

Filtering your Product Library

Narrow down your product list by applying specific criteria like price range, brand, or supplier.

  1. Click the Filter icon in your top right corner.

  2. Select the type of filter you want to apply:

    • Price

    • Brand

    • Supplier

    • Lead time

    • Product category

    • Tag

  3. Type in your filter criteria

  4. Press Enter

Note: You can combine multiple filters to narrow your search results further.
