This guide explains how to update your email address or reset your password, ensuring secure access to your account with your preferred information.
Updating your login email address
You can update your login email address at any time through your account settings.
Click the dropdown arrow next to your Studio's name
Select Settings > My Account
Enter your new email address in the Email address field
Click Save at the bottom of the page
Check your inbox for a confirmation email
Click the confirmation link in the email to complete the change
Important: Your email address won't be updated until you click the confirmation link. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Updating your account password
Forgot your password or need to change it? You can update your password at any time from the login page.
Note: You'll need access to the email address associated with your Programa account to complete this process.
On the login page, click Forgot Password? above the Log In button
Enter your email address
Check your inbox for an email from Programa and click Reset Password
Enter your new password in both fields
Click Reset Password to confirm your password change
You'll receive a confirmation email once your password is successfully reset. Use your new password to log in.
Password Requirements
Your new password must include:
Minimum 8 characters
At least one uppercase letter
At least one lowercase letter
At least one number
At least one special character
No spaces
Cannot be a previously used password
