How to create a new Project

In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple process of creating a new project in your Programa account, allowing you to swiftly set up and manage your projects in no time.

Instructions

  1. On your Projects dashboard, click the black Create New Project button on the top right hand of the screen.

  2. Enter in your Projects name and select the Project Type from the dropdown

  3. Enter in your Project’s address

  4. Assign a Timeframe for your Project

  5. Confirm or change your Currency & Measurement format for this Project

  6. Enable your Tax Preferences and select your relevant Tax Rate/Settings

  7. Select the Cover Image button and select an image you would like to use as the cover page for your project

  8. Write a brief description of the project in the Description box

  9. Add in the projects website URL if relevant

  10. Select the Add New Member button to allocate team members to the project

  11. Select the black Add button on the bottom of the window to save your project

With this streamlined process, you can now create and manage your projects effortlessly. By utilizing the intuitive features and collaboration tools offered by Programa, you'll enhance project coordination, productivity, and organization.
