This guide shows you how to create a new project in Programa so you can start organizing your design work and collaborating with your team, plus how to archive or delete projects when needed.
Creating your project
On your Projects dashboard, click the black Create Project button in the top right corner
Enter your project name and select the project type from the dropdown
Assign a timeframe for your project
Click the cover image button and select an image to use as the cover page for your project
Write a brief description of the project in the Description box
Add the project's website URL if relevant
Enter your project's address
Confirm or change your Currency & Measurement format for this project
Enable your Tax preferences and select your relevant tax rate/settings
Click Add New member to assign team members to the project
Click the black Create Project button at the bottom of the window to save your project
Note: You can edit any of these project details later from your project settings.
Your new project will now appear on your Projects dashboard and is ready for you to add mood boards, products, and other design elements.
Archiving your project
Click the three-dot icon in your project card
Click Archive in the bottom left corner of your page
Unarchiving your project
Visit the Projects tab and click the Archived tab
Click the three-dot icon in your project card and select Unarchive
Note: You can also unarchive projects directly through the project settings.
Deleting your project
Click the three-dot icon in your project card
Click Delete
Important: Deleting a project is permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend archiving projects instead of deleting them to preserve your work.
