Simplify client collaboration by sharing a central link to Schedules, Pinboards, and shared files in one accessible location. This guide will walk you through the process of adding a Schedule to your Client Dashboard, ensuring seamless communication and enhanced collaboration with your clients.

Publish to your Client Dashboard

  1. Within your Project Files list, click the three dots menu to the right of the Schedule you want to share, or click into your Schedule.

  2. Select the Share button.

  3. Toggle on Publish to Client Dashboard.

  4. Add your client’s email address in the provided field and click Add.

  5. Once their email is added, select the Access dropdown next to their email and choose the desired access level for your client.

Repeat this process for each Schedule you want to publish to the Client Dashboard.

Within your Project Files list, you can see the clients you’ve shared the Schedule with under the Shared with column. Hover over the client count to see the email addresses of clients who can view this Schedule on their Client Dashboard.
