Welcome to Programa's Pinboards, your lightweight and user-friendly creative collaboration tool. With Pinboards, effortlessly refine your visual concepts, design, and create simple yet impactful presentations in no time.
Please note: Our platform's design has recently been updated, so you may notice differences in screenshots and videos in this guide compared to the current layout. The steps and functionality outlined in this guide remains the same.
Create and rename Pinboards
All newly created projects include an Untitled Pinboard. To begin:
Rename Your Pinboard
Within your Pinboard, click the 3 dot menu in the top toolbar.
Select 'Rename Pinboard'
Type your new name into the field provided.
Click 'Save'
Create and Manage Sections
You can create a new section in two ways:
Click "Create New Section" at the bottom of your page.
Click the black +New button in the top right of your toolbar and select 'Create New Section' from the list provided.
To create a section heading, click into the 'Untitled' section name, and re-type your header.
To move a section up and down the page, hover your mouse over the section heading and click the up or down arrow icons.
Create a new Pinboard
Navigate to your Project Files List.
Click the β button.
Select 'Pinboard' to create a new Untitled Pinboard.
Add images to your Pinboard
From Pinterest
Click '+ Add New' in your top toolbar within your Pinboard
Select 'Add from Pinterest'
Copy the website address from the URL toolbar of your Pinterest Board
Paste the link into the field provided in Programa.
Select the image(s) you would like to import into your Pinboard. Click 'Add'
Using the Web Clipper
To add a product using the Web Clipper we suggest reading the installation and tutorial guide here
From your Image Library or Product Library
Select '+ Add New' in your top toolbar within your Pinboard.
Select 'Import from Product Library' or 'Import from Image Library'
Search by tag, product name, or description.
Click the 'Add' button.
Crop and resize images on your Pinboard
To Resize
Hover your mouse over the image to reveal options.
Select the column width you would like to resize your image to
To Crop
Hover your mouse over the image to reveal options.
Click on the crop icon (represented by a square).
Drag the crop window to the desired width and length.
Save your changes by clicking on the green tick icon.
Share your Pinboard
Publishing Pinboards to the Client Dashboard
Click on the 3 dot menu against your Pinboard from your Project Files list OR open your Pinboard, and click 'Share'
Toggle on the 'Publish to Client Dashboard' option.
Enter your client's email address.
Upload a thumbnail image for the Pinboard cover, resizing as needed, and click 'Crop' to save.
Sharing via Online Link
Click on the 3 dot menu against your Pinboard from your Project Files list OR open your Pinboard, and click 'Share'
Toggle on the 'Publish to Web' option.
Click on the "page" icon to copy the live link.
Share this URL with your collaborators.
