Understanding your Image Library
Your Image Library is a centralized collection of your studio's favorite imagery. Any image you add to a Pinboard automatically saves here, creating an organized resource for future projects.
Adding images to your library
You can add images to your library in four ways:
From your files: Click the Add Image button in the top right and select Add from Files
From Pinterest: Click Add Image and select Add from Pinterest
From Pinboards: Any image added to a Pinboard automatically saves to your library
Using Webclipper: Add items directly from any website (see our Webclipper installation guide)
Importing images from your library to a Pinboard
Navigate to your Pinboard page
Add images using either method:
Click the + New button in the top toolbar
Hover over the section where you want to add images and click the ➕ button
Select Import from Image Library
Browse your Image Library in the slide-out window (use tags to locate specific images quickly)
Select the desired images
Click the Add button

Keep your Image Library searchable and organized by adding metadata to your images.
Adding tags to an image
Navigate to the image in your Pinboard or Image Library
Click on the image to open the editing panel on the right
Click the ➕ button under the Tag section
Select a tag from the dropdown or create a new tag by typing in the field and selecting + Add Tag
Click Save changes to confirm
Note: You can add multiple tags to the same image to make searching easier.
Adding notes to an image
Navigate to the image on your Pinboard
Click on the image to open the editing panel on the right
Type your notes in the field provided
Click Save changes
Note: Notes will appear below each image within your Pinboard when in Detail mode.
Adding a URL to an image
Navigate to the image on your Pinboard
Click on the image to open the editing panel on the right
Copy and paste the relevant image URL into the field provided
Click Save changes
Note: Images with URLs will display a hyperlink icon on your shared Pinboard that takes viewers to the source website.
