It syncs with the Procurement tab in your Schedules, making it easier to track orders, payments, and logistics. Dates are organized by urgency, with overdue items clearly identified to help prevent delays.

How can I set up the Procurement Hub?
Open your Schedule.
Turn on Procurement in the Schedule options.
Open the Procurement tab.
Assign due dates to the relevant date types within your products.
Can I customize my Procurement Hub view?
Yes. You can customize the information displayed in the Procurement Hub in several ways:
Filter by date type.
Filter by order reference or supplier.
Filter by project.
Apply multiple filters at the same time.
How do I review and edit key dates in the Procurement Hub?
Select Procurement from the left-hand navigation bar.
Select the product you want to review or edit.
Update the Order Reference or date fields as needed.
Mark dates as complete or remove them.
Changes sync automatically between the Procurement Hub and the Procurement tab in the product’s Schedule.
How does Programa Procurement help prevent delays?
The Procurement Hub organizes dates by urgency and clearly identifies overdue items. This helps you find tasks that need immediate attention and reduces the risk of project delays.
Can I create a timeline view for my products in Procurement?
At the moment, procurement dates can only be viewed in the Procurement tab of a Schedule and in the Procurement Hub’s list view. A dedicated workflow or timeline view is not currently available.
