Stay on top of client payments, and include paid invoices on your Client Dashboard - keeping everyone informed, and your paperwork all in one place.
Publishing invoices to the Client Dashboard
Head to an invoice with an Open, Paid, or Void status, and click the 'Share' button.
Note: Invoices in 'Draft' state are considered incomplete, and cannot be shared. Once you've completed (sent) your invoice, the 'Share' option will become available.
Toggle on the 'Publish to Client Dashboard' option, enter your client's email address in the designated field, and click 'Add'.
This will send your client a notification email, with a link included to view the invoice directly, and another that will take them to their Client Dashboard to view the whole project.
If you need to resend the Client Dashboard link to your client, you can access this via the 3 dot menu next to your added recipients.
Removing access to invoices on your Client Dashboard
To remove access to your published invoices, simply toggle off the 'Publish to Client Dashboard' option, or head into the 3 dot menu next to our added recipients, and select 'Delete access'.
