The "Powered by Progressier" Attribution Badge

If you see a "Powered by Progressier" attribution badge overlaid on top of your website, it means you're using Progressier without a valid subscription or that you've deleted your app from the dashboard but haven't removed the script/manifest from your domain.

When does a subscription become invalid?

A. If you start a free 14-day trial and fail to add a payment method before it ends.

B. If you cancel your subscription but fail to remove Progressier from your app.

C. If a recurring payment fails. While we usually show tolerance towards failed payments (automatically attempting to process the charge several times before taking any action), an account with a high frequency of payment failures may result in an immediate display of the badge upon the first instance of a failed payment.

How to remove "Powered by Progressier"

To remove the "Progressier by Progressier" attribution badge from your website, there are two options:

  1. Log in to the dashboard. Activate your paid subscription or fix the payment issue by paying your latest invoice. The badge will automatically disappear once your payment has been processed successfully (note that due to caching, it may take up to 15 minutes to be reflected in your app).

  2. Remove Progressier from your app:

    A. Remove the script/manifest. It's between the <head> and </head> tags in your HTML.

    B. Remove the service worker from the root of your domain.

If the badge still appears in your app, it means that you haven't properly removed Progressier from it.

What happens when you remove the Progressier script from your app?

  • Your app will no longer be installable

  • Your Installation Page will stop working

  • Users won't be able to subscribe to/receive push notifications
