If you're having issues receiving notifications on your iPhone/iPad from Progressier or another push service, it's very likely your device is configured to block these notifications. Here are some common reasons for this:

1. Make sure your device is running iOS 16.4 or later

Before iOS 16.4, iPhones and iPads were not compatible with push notifications from web apps. To ensure your device is running iOS/iPadOS 16.4 or later or update it, open the Settings app, and navigate to General > Software Update.

2. Check your app's notification settings

Open the Settings app and scroll down to your installed apps. If you've allowed notifications from a PWA, you'll find it in the list. Tap on your app (A) and then open the Notifications settings (B). Make sure Allow Notifications (C) is enabled and that Alerts are configured to show on the Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners.

3. Verify your Control Center

Certain iOS modes can prevent notifications from being shown. Open your device's Control Center and ensure Airplane mode (A), Focus mode (B), and Silent mode (C) are all turned off.

4. Verify your Notification settings

In the Settings app, tap on Notifications (A). Make sure that Scheduled Summary is "Off" and Show Previews is set to "Always".

5. Verify your Battery settings.

Ensure your device has more than 30% battery. Then open your device's Settings app, and scroll down to Battery (A). Make sure Low Power Mode (B) is disabled.

5. Free up storage space

Open the Settings app, then scroll to General (A). Open iPad Storage or iPhone storage (B). Check that your device has enough storage space left (C). If your device is low on storage, it may offload some of your apps. Free up some by deleting unused apps, and try again.

6. Enable Background App Refresh

Open the Settings app, then scroll to General (A). Open Background App Refresh (B). Ensure that the functionality is enabled (C).

7. Try a different network

In rare cases, your network (especially if it's a corporate WiFi network) may have built-in firewalls that interfere with the proper delivery of your push notifications. Try allowing notifications from a different network.

8. Do a clean install

If you've done all of the above and you still can't receive notifications, reinstall your PWA and reallow push notifications.
