Long-press the icon of the app (1), then tap on Site settings. Depending on your exact Android model, the popup menu may look slightly different.

In the Permissions section, tap on Notifications (3).

Enable the notifications toggle (4) to receive push notifications or disable it to block notifications.

Restart your device and launch the app from the homescreen to apply all changes.
