Imagine Progressier as your go-to digital supermarket. Progressier offers a range of options, much like a supermarket's selection. You'll find some ready-to-use frozen foods (e.g. the widgets) and a variety of ingredients (e.g. the APIs) to create your own unique recipes.

When you opt to use these ingredients, the responsibility for preparing them lies with you. Just as you wouldn't expect supermarket staff to cook your groceries at your home, I can't assist you with the intricate process of implementing our APIs into your application. That falls under the domain of web development, not product support.

I'm here to assist you with:

✅ Product support

✅ Providing general guidelines on how our APIs function

✅ Answering questions about PWAs in general
✅ Fixing bugs in Progressier itself (if you find a bug, I'll drop everything I'm doing and fix it right away)

✅ Continuously keeping up with advancements in browser technologies

However, I'm unable to help you with:

❌ Debugging your code

❌ Implementing an API in your application

❌ Custom web development

❌ Hoping on a call with your web developer

It's worth noting that all Progressier APIs are designed to be straightforward and user-friendly, making integration accessible to junior web developers within a few days. However, please be aware that there may be instances where your system architecture isn't well-suited for integrating these APIs, particularly in the case of no-code platforms.
